ServiceOps

Holistic cloud service management focused on non-cloud-native services

ServiceOps

Target audience: Application Engineers

ServiceOps monitors applications and services that are crucial to your business. Be it Kubernetes, AWS RDS, Apache Spark or others, ServiceOps provides you visibility to application and service specific metrics, cost and performance analysis, and anomaly detections. The goal of ServiceOps is to ensure all components of your overall business service provide the desired SLA without the application engineers always having to attend to all the applications and services.

Aquila Clouds ServiceOps offers CMCO capabilites for various applications, frameworks and workloads, such as Kubernetes – KubeOps, AWS RDS – RDSOps, Apache Spark – SparkOps, and more. We have a vision to weave all the monitoring and optimization capabilities together to cater to holistic cloud services.

Aquila Clouds ServiceOps modules include:

KubeOps

KubeOps discovers your Kubernets topology and provides a clear view into your Kubernetes environments. It allows you to manage Kubernetes resource utilization and clearly see full stack relationship mapping and usage attribution. Our Optimizer also makes recommendations on host types and container reservations.

RDSOps

Want to understand how your Amazon RDS (Relational Database Service) is performing in terms of cost and transaction efficiencies? RDSOps provides you with one unified monitoring solution, taking application and resource utilization metrics into account for our recommendations. We also detects any anomalies in network metrics and logs as appropriate.

SparkOps

SparkOps provides you visibility into the Spark performance metrics pertaining to cluster manager, driver program and worker nodes, along with insights into anomalies. One of our unique recommendations is on your CPU vs GPU leverage for your data processing pipelines.
